Before building Swift E-Recording, we spent years recording documents in person at Florida clerk counters for contractors — the drive, the parking, the security line, the wait, and the sinking feeling when a document comes back over a smudged notary stamp or a missing initial. Then we spent years working inside the other e-recording platforms as customers, learning what they get right and where they leave Florida businesses behind.
So we built the platform we wished those platforms had been: one built for Florida documents, Florida counties, and the businesses that record here every week. We know this process from your side of the counter — because that’s where we stood.

What We Do

A Self-Service Platform, Not a Middleman

Swift E-Recording is a Clerk-approved e-recording platform. You upload your completed document and submit it in the portal; it’s transmitted electronically to the County Clerk the same business day; and when the County records and stamps it, the recorded document returns to your account with the official Clerk’s file number. You see the status of every document at every step — including the County’s reason if a document is rejected, so you can correct and resubmit without a wasted trip.
