Platform accounts: registration details (including business name and industry type for business accounts), documents you upload for recording, and transaction records. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

To respond to inquiries; to provide the recording service, including transmitting your documents to the applicable County Clerk; to maintain transaction and audit records; and to communicate service and status updates.
